Within the cultural center of Downtown Salt Lake City, a new community has been forged. Blending industrial history with modernity, Hardware District offers unmatched quality throughout its apartments, row homes, offices, and restored Salt Lake Hardware Building.
The craftsmanship that went into creating this brand reflects that of every detail in the community itself—from a hidden speakeasy-style lounge and panoramic views atop the pool deck, to the rawness of metalwork that ties the property to its roots. These boundless expressions of the property's authenticity were mixed with a hint of mystery and an art deco feel to curate an exclusive brand experience for Hardware District.

A SENSE OF MYSTERY
A clear foil treatment was used to create secret messaging within the pocket folder, carrying the sense of mystery through to Hardware's print collateral. Ayn Rand quotes and intersecting lines throughout the temporary signage, floor plans, custom coins, and website demonstrate how the art deco feel also played out across branded materials.
