Boasting 28 levels of luxury residences and amenities, The Quincy resides amidst the cityscape of downtown Denver's Business District. The objective was to create a website and marketing campaign that focuses on the authentic metropolitan lifestyle that residents experience while living in this elegant high-rise—showcasing the one-of-a-kind sky pool that rests at the amenity deck's edge, and highlighting accessibility to entertainment, dining, and transportation.

The "Quintessential City Living" marketing campaign was cultivated to further position The Quincy under a spotlight. Leveraging both print and digital platforms, this campaign included: distributable items such as brochures, flyers, and postcards; an assortment of digital ads; an event booth, tent, and associated handout materials; and ads published in local magazines, to name a few.
