The Linden, The Alamitos, and The Pacific are luxury apartment communities situated in East Village—a vibrant and intimate arts district within the heart of Long Beach, CA. This highly walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood boasts a wide spectrum of shared perks for the Long Beach Collection: from good eats and live music, to local boutiques and pristine coastline beaches.

The objective was to develop a collective identity with a shared look and feel for all branded pieces, while leveraging the finer details (colors, patterns, imagery) to unfold each property’s story.
