The Grand recently broke ground in Denver's eclectic Union Station neighborhood—central to all of the city's greatest hustle and bustle. Only a stone's throw away from the light rail and historic Union Station, The Grand's website and collateral were designed to embody an old train station vibe and portray a grand lifestyle at this property.

PREPARE FOR DEPARTURE
The tri-fold brochure features a die-cut cover, which is inspired by departure board displays. Within the brochure’s pocket are custom floor plan inserts, shaped as boarding tickets.
LIFE ON TRACK
All branded materials—including The Grand's stationery set, stickers, website, and temporary signage—demonstrate a "Life On Track" lifestyle with tasteful use of elements related to the old train station theme.
